Hi everyone,

I just started up a WAH business selling all natural candles and bath products. I am going to start having home parties next month and I have never in my life had a home party before!! I am first going to have an "open house" party and then hopefully things will take off from there!

Anyway, for those of you here who do candle parties, do you have any tips or suggestions for me? Any games, hostess specials, party favor ideas you can give me? I have never even been to a candle party before so I am completly clueless!!

Thanks,
Amy

There is an interesting thread going on in Frugality & Finances about how these types of parties can impact personal relationships. I don't have advice but just wanted to gently point out that this might be a consideration in deciding how and who you invite to your parties. Check it out (and good luck in your new ventures!).

Congrats and good luck with your business! I don't sell candles, but I do love to buy them!

Thought this site may help you out: Party games Click on Ice Breaker games. I've used some of them for my meetings and they are always a hit!
