I have no appetite. I am thinking about setting an alarm to eat, because I'm afraid that I will ruin my metabolism. I'm up at about 6:30 a.m., and I drink some water and have a cup of coffee. By 1:00 p.m., I will realize that I haven't eaten yet. (Actually, today, I didn't realie it until 3:00 p.m.) So I'll go to the fridge, look in it, drink some water, look in the fridge again. If there's fruit, I'll eat it. Today, there wasn't any fruit, so I ate about 6 tortilla chips with salsa. I'll eat dinner if someone else makes it, or if I have to make it for dd or dh. But if they're not here, I'll forget to eat.

What's wrong with me? Shouldn't I be more hungry than I was during pregnancy? After all, I'm expending more calories bfing, right?

No idea what to tell you, mama. I have no appetite, but it's because of the pregnancy. I was like this with DD too. The idea of food just totally turns me off! I do force myself to eat periodically during the day though. We're shooting for a term baby this time around!

I'm never hungry when I'm nursing either... Don't know why. It would explain why I gained 23 pounds with DS1, but lost 40 post partum. And this time, I gained 17 and I've already lost 27. I just really could care less about food. Lol... I had tortilla chips and salsa today too! I threw some cheese on it though for calories sake since I'm not eating much else.

I'm not hungry until dinner. I think it's the heat around here. For the first two weeks, food actually sounded revolting, but I think that was emotional factors.

Actually, I've noticed that I am not too hungry in the AM, but I get ravenous around 5pm. Who knows...
