Ok, in principle, I looove the idea of single step washing/lanolizing. So, I got a bar of wool wash from the Soap Deck. But, my covers are not holding the wetness as well as I would like. What is the deal? Am I doing something wrong?

I wet the cover, rub the bar all over the cover, then swish it around in the sink, then squeeze it, roll it in a towel, and hang it to dry.

I'd love som tips--I really want this to work for me. TIA!

I always thought that wool wash bars only extend the life of the lanolinization(is this a word???), but does not replace an occasional lanolizing. Or is this just some wool washes. I have the WOW liquid wash, which I LOVE by the way, and they say that you will still need to lanolise(this is a word right?) it.

Okay now off to look in my friendly dictionary.
