I used to order from Azure but I moved a few years ago and don't have the best place to drop off so I stopped ordering. Today I called to get a new catalog, I just barely glanced through the online catalog but noticed that the price for Organic Valley Butter was about .75cents more than I pay at the store. Any thoughts on whether it is worth ordering?

Thank you,
We order from them about once a month and most things are a better price, but you do have to check. Staple items around the house are easy to check, like for us it's coconut milk and frozen berries and nuts. Some raw cheeses are great prices too.

sometimes. they do have good prices on some items (compared to our local HFS and co-op) and especially on the bulk grains/beans.

Thank you for your input. Yes, I almost fainted when I saw the prices before I logged in! They came down considerably but not quite as good as my local store for butter anyway. I just got the new catalog and the sales catalog in the mail. I had an AHA moment when I remembered I would try to wait for sales, when I used to order.

Thanks a bunch!

They're hit-or-miss pricewise, some great deals, and some prices higher than the local HFS. Also, when they're out of something, they just don't include it, and there's usually at least one thing in every order that they were apparently out of, and sometimes I would have chosen something else had I been given the opportunity. That's frustrating.

Good prices for raw cheese, but then, I have enough cheese now to last me six months. Oh, and peanut butter. Plenty of peanut butter.
