<p>I feel like I need to be taking more vitamins other than just my prenatal to protect my 3 month old DD with the change in temp and there being more bugs going about. I've been taking lots of extra vitamin C and D along with raw garlic. Does anyone else do anything special for their LO, or am I just being a bit paranoid? <img alt="blush.gif" src="http://files.mothering.com/images/smilies/blush.gif"></p>

<p>I've upped my vit D because DD2 has a cold, but is so enthralled with her new brother she just can't stay away from him. I hope it works! Is echinacea safe to take while BFing?</p>

<p>We don't do extra multivitamins, but keep up our three green smoothies a day. But mostly I'm just posting to say that your username is really fun PuppyPanties. =) I'm sure there is a great story behind it.</p>
