I found out my baby died a few weeks ago, i was about 10 weeks or so and have been inpatiently waiting, hoping for the natural process. I have had 3 D & C's and was REALLY hoping to avoid that again.

Well, Friday I started spotting. I spotted on and off for a few days and really felt like NOTHING was happening.

Yesterday (Tuesday) I started lightly bleeding more regularly. By last night I started passing clots. They started out about the size of a cellphone and got bigger. I did not have the labor-type contrations I had with the last m/c that started at home. But very bad cramping. Heating pad helped. I would get the major cramp/minor contractions and would go to the bathroom and be passing another clot. MOstly painless, just a lot to handle for someone with a weak stomach like myself.

I sent my DH to work this morning cause again seemed like light bleeding and light cramping. But by 9 o clock I had to call m father over in an emergency cause i was home alone with the kids and started to feel as if I was going to pass out. I was oh-so-close to going out when he arrived....I came back to normal with the sweats etc....and just laid in bed. My DH finally made it home from work and I can rest.

I am still having cramping, passing clots when I get up and just feel overall weak.

Is this "passing out" thing any kind of sign that I am near the end? Anything like transition or something? It's been over 2 hrs since that happened? How will I know? I can't have my DH staying home from work unnecessarily....I feel so ridiculously helpless.
