I really don't know. I guess if you've been pretty even-keeled your whole pregnancy, then it could mean something, but if it's just more of the same I wouldn't bet on it.

Erm- I'm in my third week of it- admittedly I want to push, but I'm pretty sure I'm not in labour yet. Are you getting enough essential fatty acids in your diet?

MamaFern: I've heard the same thing that your mother said, and I think I remember actually reading it, too. I know I'm experiencing the same thing right now and I'm about where you are. Good luck with the emotional rollercoaster!

MamaFern, it's just not fun to go through that. I usually get really emotional near the end of my pregnancy. Sometimes it's just a rough day or two here or there, but it does all seem to crescendo (just when you think it can't get more intense) in the last couple of days.

I never have found anything that totally cures me of the last month emotions. Sometimes i think it's just nature's way of getting you on the same wave length as your newborn -- needy and sleepless. :LOL You understand where they're coming from a little better.

Can you do something nice for yourself? That might help.
