The Department of Psychology at the University of Georgia is recruiting grandparents and their employed, adult children for a study examining the effects of grandchild care on health, well-being, and career outcomes. This study is funded by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH).

This study will provide valuable information on how families and organizations can best support the needs of grandparent caregivers and their employed, adult children. This is a very important study, so we very much appreciate your time in helping us!

Adult children must:
‣ Be employed full-time
‣ Have a child who receives care from a grandparent at least once per month

To be eligible for the study grandparents must:
‣ Provide care for a grandchild at least once per month

Both you and your parent must be willing to participate in this study.

Each participant will receive $30 in exchange for your participation in a survey and phone interview.

Please email our lab at [email protected] to learn more information about this study and to see if you qualify. You may also call our lab at 706.389.1202.

Thank you!
