oh yeah... my 2 year old will sometime switch sides for fun, but she always explains earnestly that she's done with that side, and now wants this side. even if she switches back within a minute!
but i dont think she remembers which side she nursed 'last time' [sometimes she goes several hours between nursing, sometimes only 10-15 minutes...]
