I just had my baby girl this morning at 3:34 am. We are trying to nurse, but I do not think anything is coming out.

What are the timeframes for even colostrum to come in?

I am pretty sure with all of my babies (4 others) my milk was in that day if not before. And I had A LOT of it. I can not hand express anything.

I am getting a little worried.

Plus we are having latching issues.

It's normal not to be able to express much colostrum, so you are probably going to be ok. Just keep working on latch, and let her suck as much as she will. I know it's easy for me to say this, but I really wouldn't worry yet.
Congrats on your little girl

hows the peeing and pooping? i wouldn't be worried about supply yet unless theres not any pee or poop..... it can take up to 4 or 5 days for mature milk to come in

but after that,

is there a lactation counselor or someone who can do a before and after weighing? you might benefit from the reassurance of seeing the scales verify that she is gettimng something or that its not your imagination....either way might be helpful
