I do not think I ovulated.....I do not chart, but I do usually have stretchy mucous around ovulation. No stretchy mucous this month. I usually ovulate about 15 days or so after my period.

Here is TMI:

Period commenced March 27
yesterday I had a tiny bit of mucous and spotting - April 23
Today, so far....nothing

I am not stressed, we use withdrawl for BC, and I am 35.

So...if you do not ovulate, does your period come early, late, not till the next month (which would drive me: )? Thanks in advance!

in an anovulatory cycle, your period will usually happen when the uterine lining reaches "critical mass" - when it gets too thick it starts to shed off. The time between varies from woman to woman and in cycle to cycle. There is no hard, set rule as to when your period will arrive. Keep in mind that you may just be ovulating much later than usual this cycle. Also just wanted to mention that in an anovulatory cycle, any bleeding you have (the "period") is not a safe time like it would be if you had ovulated before the period
