I do this too, only I include chicken bones as well.

Yup, they're non poisonous. I've made soup with them and consumed it with no ill effects on me or anybody I served the soup to. I've also used them in place of parsley in cream sauce, again with no ill effects.

So, as you can see, carrot greens are perfectly sa <ruthla drops unconscious mid post as a result of carrot green poisoning.>
