I currently use large HHs, but I was thinking of downsizing for trimness as these are pretty big on him. He's two, and weighs about 28 lbs, but is pretty tall. Whadda ya think? Would it work? (I don't have a clue of my son's measurements, or I'd tell you about those <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngbiggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="orange big grin">).<br><br>
Does anyone else go DOWN in size as their kids get bigger?

Yup - the mediums (of anything) that my Boo outgrew around 6 months old fit him again when he was around a year old.<br><br>
Some still fit now, but a lot are too short in the rise now.

no,no, don't tell me your medium HH fit again, lol. Ahh, well, if that happens I'll just have to go with it. This is a fairly common occurence with mobile babies. Darn it!

i'm in the process of sizing dd down from mediums to smalls in some thing and large to medium in others. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/shrug.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="shrug"> i guess that's what happens when they lose the baby chub and turn into toddlers. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/headscratch.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="headscratch">

We had to do this too -- Maxi was such a chubby baby and is now a tall, lean toddler. He was in larges by 7 months but now at 18 months he is more like a medium. I got mostly one sized stuff recenlty to avoid the whole size changing thing!

Well, I'm going to try a med. HH and see how this fits. I almost hope they are too small so I don't have to think about resizing ALL of them. I am trying (not very successfully <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/bag.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Bag">: ) to curb my spending these days.
