I think the fermentation makes it slightly, er, alcoholic rather than totally dangerous. Call the company if you're worried, though.

PS we did that accidentally in the past - with the kids - and nothing happened.

I have Floradix because my mom gave it to me a while ago (her body couldn't handle the sugar in it)...I had no idea that it expires in only 1 month! I know I definitely had it while it was several months old and I still have the bottle and its probably about 2 years old now...but I haven't tasted it in over a year.

I just took a look at the bottle and threw it out, lol. There is a bunch of clumps floating around in it and it didn't look very good.
