My lad had this last month, but mostly on his cheeks. Bumpy rough, red skin. Anyway, on instinct I put Lansinoh (choose your favorite lanolin!) on it a few times a day, and it started clearing up immediately. The side that wasn't as bad cleared in one treatment. Now I put some on at the first sign.

My lo had that too, his face cleared up but shouldrs/chest did not and now he has eczema patches on his shoulders and a belly and back rash. Related? Who knows.

My lo also was drooling a lot recently, and upon examining his mouth, we can see some little white spots on the bottom gums where teeth are already beginning to come up. He is 3 month old.
