Dry Morning Diaper

553 Views 4 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  sarahloughmiller
My son always has a super wet morning diaper, many nights he leakes all over our bed despite my many combinations of super nightime diapers. I have even tried sposies and he leakes out of those. Last night he wore the same diaper, not even one of his usual nightime ones, from around 7 pm until 8 am and he maybe went pee once in it. Should I be worried? His diaper he has on now is also barely wet and he has had it on since 8 am after a night of not peeing. Anyone else had this happen?

Hmm, I guess as long as he's getting plenty of fluids and no other symptoms, I wouldn't be too worried. Our overnight dipes are usually quite soaked, but sometimes during the day, our youngest will stay pretty dry between changes - go figure?

Have you gotten you cycles back? I find that the day before or the first day of my period, my daughter has a dry day. It freaks me out, I pop the fenugreek like crazy--then the next day she's back to her normal really wet self during the day. I think it has something to do in the drop of hormones that lets your period start. Once it's started, the hormones start to return to normal, then you start producing as usual.

He is 15 months & has had a little bit of a runny nose, maybe that is it.

He doesn't drink much from a cup, so all the fluid he gets is from me. It has been hurting when he nurses lately so I have been worried I have not been making enough milk.

I have not gotten my cycle back, but maybe it is on it's way?

Thanks for the input
