Hello everyone,
I'm a mama of two girls ages 2 and 9 months. I've been EBFing my nine month old with zero issues, and now out of the blue the area underneath my nipples has been getting irritated. It's red and the skin is flaky and dry. They do not itch and they don't really hurt when I am nursing except minor irritation. My thoughts are maybe it has something to do with teething or because she's increased her nursing. She doesn't have any teeth yet but I expect her to get them soon. I have some nipple balm given to me by my midwife that I've been using a little of to keep things less dry. Any thoughts? Also I've only gotten my period back once post partum thus far and my cycle ended on 1/07, and last night I was spotting. Anyone experience spotting between periods? Thanks :)

As a new mom you should always get a nipple butter to deal with nipple soreness and cracked nipples, its a blessing for every nursing mom. I have been using the moms co one and it has helped me so much.
