My ds needs to avoid the following to hopefully not end up with full blown allergies to the following. He has sensitivities to them all now. So, that means I have to avoid them b/c I'm breastfeeding
. We're getting him retested in Dec. Until then.....any recipe or food ideas? I'm not used to cooking etc. without these things and it's kind of tough! There are a lot of limitations (Some of which should always be avoided, but some I have always eaten)!

Food dyes
White Vinegar (Applecider is okay)
Cornstarch
Deepfried foods
Lactose
Cheeses: mozzarella, roquefort, cream, cowmilk, whey, soy milk, cream cheese, chedder, American, cottage cheese, yogurt from cowmilk (goat milk and cheese is okay)
Corn
Wheat and white flour
Rye
Whole Wheat
Gluten
Kamut
Spelt
Popcorn
Barley
Oats
Corn Syrup
Fructose
High Fructose (corn)
Sorbitol
Malt (barley)
Aspartame-Equal
Saccharin

Any ideas?
