Is this a labor pain? I keep getting these low spine pains. In the middle.

Could be. Or just a posterior baby. Or back ache from being pg. Time will tell.

Usually with real labor you will feel cx both in the front and back, as well as some pressure or sharp pains in your cervix. Do you notice that the pain comes with cx, or is it there all the time?

I had one of those earlier today at WM. Back, tummy and cervix- it was a sharp pain.

I hope she is not posterior.

When those get regular then you'll know to be ready. She may or may not be posterior. When you lie back in a chair and your belly is relaxed, do you see an indentation in the middle of your belly between arms and legs, or does it feel soft? That is posterior. Here's a photo of my posterior baby inside. You can see the indentation between two baby knees.

If you can feel your baby's spine in the center, or one side or the other, then she's in a good position. Good luck! Keep us updated!
