Those of you that love Durham and know it well can you suggest an area we should look for the following things in?

I know none will have it all but close is better than what we are in
now

> 1) Enough tourism or population to support a Gallery that demos
> Glassblowing that does not have other glassblowers demoing daily

> 2) Large number of Homeschoolers in area....I am tired of no
> socialization for me unless we drive an hour each way

> 3) Organic Foods readily available

> 4) Dance Theater Music Gymnastic Classes within 30 minutes

> 5) Low Crime non corupt police force
>
> 6) No Vax Family Doc
>
> 7) Access to good Hospitals
>
> 8) Live, Work, and Gallery Space for under 200k
>
> 9) Low Taxes
>
> 10) Year Round Swimming pool
>
> 11) Walking Town with plenty of parks and playgrounds
>
> 12) Bakery with fresh made donuts ;0)

> 13) Friendly atmosphere
>
> 14) Need for volunteer and organizer I am good at this!
