I have crocheted a diaper cover out of fisherman's wool and dyed it, now I can't get it to stop bleeding. I have rinsed and rinsed and rinsed and it still is bleeding. Any suggestions on how I can get the extra dye out?

Thanks
Providing that you used acid dye (either commercial or Kool Aid) you need to add heat & vinegar.

Add your cover to a microwave safe bowl filled with water & vinegar and microwave it for about 3 minutes. Let it rest and rinse. That should stop the bleed.

I have instructions on dyeing a finished wool garment here

Thanks. I will give that a try. Also thanks for the site on dyeing. I did another one in kool-aid and it doesn't bleed quite as bad as this one!!
