I ordered one of these quite some time ago. It took AGES for me to get it. Then, when i did get it, it fit ds really strangely so I told her I was just going to sell it. She told me that I could just return it to her. It took her 2 MONTHS to reply to my emails and instant messages asking her for her mailing address so that I could send it back.
I haven't sent it back yet because I don't have the shipping money. I'm not in any rush to send it back because, hey, it's not like she was in any rush to deal with me as a customer.
It was horrible customer service, sad to say. If i were you, I'd CANCEL the order.
I don't like to say bad stuff about any WAHM but in this case, I wouldn't want others to go through what I did.
If she starts acting like a good business person, then I would say it would be ok to order from her.
Luckily, she had told me that I didn't have to pay for the soaker until I received it...So i haven't paid her. Good thing! She'll get her soaker back next weekend.
