You need a plain zinc sulfate, there are liquid solutions or Solgar zinc lozenges (I've read--I want to buy some, check where I'm at). Other minerals in the solution you've got will throw it off. Very frustrating cause I bought a liquid zinc to check this and then read the ingredients when I got home, and I was outta luck.

will zinc gluconate work? I have a liquid zinc supplement and that's what it is.

Also, which is the mineral that helps you remember your dreams? I've been remembering a lot of dreams lately.

So if I want my pee to be alkaline (isn't that what I was striving for because of my UTIs?), then I want my pee to be neon from the Bs, right? Or do I have it opposite? I'm so confused. I know I want it to be a 5 on the dipstick. I can't remember what that means. I'm just trying to figure out for me, if neon is a good thing or a bad thing.

Generally, you want your pee to be slightly acidic. I'm assuming that would apply for UTIs as well. If the 5 on the dipstick is referring to pH, then yeah, that's acidic (0-7 acidic, 7-14 basic). Neon pee=basic, but I'm not sure what the actual pH cutoff is.

I'm going to assume that the "dipstick" tests pH. A pH of 5 would be acidic. So no neon pee for you.

I am new to this group. But I really find all the posts to be very informative. It seems like you guys know a lot about detox pathways. I am working on the same issue. Currently working on my sulfation pathway; therefore, in this regards do you recommend any supplements? Currently I take Mo but it decreases Cu so not sure if I should continue it in the long run?

Thanks in advance!!!
