Make sure you don' t use the 'sposies with the gel in them 'cause they could bother your nipples. I use a hot wash cloth.

easy wet heat if you have a breast infection
If you use disposable diapers pouring some hot water in them makes a very nice not too messy way of applying wet heat to the effected area.
