I had this on the E2L thread, but it is long and may not be seen easily, so I hope you don't mind that I moved it here!!

Hi! Can someone help me with this? I am very interested in this way of life! I am still exploring, and can't imagine really eating like this, even though I would like to. Has anyone not done the 6 week plan, and just started with the life plan--or started more slowly?? Does chaning slowly help to not have all of the detox. effects?? Is it possible to slowly change your diet to one like this??
