Is anyone else eating all the time? If I dont eat like every hour I feel sick to my stomach. However nothing healthy sounds good, and I end up force feeding myself which is really unenjoyable. I also have a cold so I really can't taste anything which doesnt help. Does anyone have any suggestions for something to make me feel full longer?

starving all the time here too! I have to eat or I get sick. I eat bananas to try to trick my stomach into feeling full-- I also bought some fiber granola bars. peanut butter on crackers or bread works.... What doesn't work for me: grapes, fruit (to much water--no substanence), cereal. I know that carbs are just supposed to make you hungrier...but it is the only thing working for me right now, so I go with it. I need real food every 2 hours...not a snack. It sucks cause I can't find meals for 2 or 3 times a day, let alone 6!!

I hear you on the grapes and fruit thing, I tried being healthy and eating that I was still starving!! I might try pb&j but I'm not a huge fan of peanut butter right now.

I eat a cup of cottage cheese every day and that seems to work. Also peanut butter crackers.

I'm like you and have to eat all day to ward off the nausea. I feel so fat!

I am eating pretty frequently myself as well. Grazing though. Today I had chicken and wild rice soup(homemade) all day long off and on- That was so nice to have a big pot of soup ready to eat all day. I felt great today as well.

Not only do I have to eat all the time, it has to be protein. Like a pp said, grapes won't work. If I do want fruit, I have to eat some protein with it. Normal/good combos are cheese and grapes, cheese and apple...
weirder things: last night, I had watermelon and leftover turkey. Yeah.

I have been so barfy I thought I shoudl stick to the BRAT diet, but the mere thought of bananas and rice make me so queasy. The apples (or applesauce?) sounds ok but that doesn't fill me up... and toast- BLECH.

I am trying to not go with my cravings, which consist of chips and ice cream. And burger king french fries.
: I stick to whatever healthy-ish thing doesn't make me nauseous at the time.

well i'm in the exact same boat. i was with my last pregnancy too. the thing that got me through it was raw peanuts. if i just snack on them all day i seem to do fine. hoping that none of my children develop peanut allergies. ha. my midwife had suggested having something like gatoraide or refresh or some type of drink like that to keep my sugar levels up. she said sometimes when your sugar levels start lowering after eating a meal you will get nauseous. she suggested just having a drink like this on hand and sipping on it all the time. i think i will try that soon. i'm getting tired of eating constantly because it only makes me feel like a big cow, and as soon as a finish im sick to my stomach again.

I'm in the exact same boat myself. This is my third pregnancy and this is the most MS I've ever had. If I don't eat every couple hours it just gets worse. I've been craving apples for some weird reason and lots of breads. I wish I would crave more healthy things but they just seem to turn my stomach right now. I'm hoping once I get out of the first trimester it will get better.
