Last time I really worked on making sure I got those *extra* calories. However, this time I am thinking that I will just try to eat healthy and to satisfy my hunger. How about the rest of you ladies, how are you approaching that? I am thinking if I listen to my body then I should be just fine. I gained 55 lbs last time, which I don't think is too bad and I lost it fairly easily, however I remember how I felt at the end and would kind of like to try and avoid that.
