Does anyone have meal plan ideas that are good for breastfeeding? I am starting to get my meal plan together for after baby arrives and I need help with what to eat to keep up my milk supply. I have a hard time eatting all themeals that I need now, I love veggies and fruit and I am up to try new things, I love healty foods too. I dont eat much red meat or pork, I love fish, turkey, and chicken. I am concerned about getting all my extra calories for bf-ing, I want to make sure I do things right.
