I read somewhere that people called fruitarians (?) eat mostly or only fruit. Does anyone here do this? What are the benefits? Is it healthy? Do you supplement anything else, or do you even need to? I'd appreciate anything you can tell me about this.
Basically speaking, it's impossible to sustain over the long term. Even with nuts for protein and fat, you can't get anything remotely close to a correct nutritional balance from a fruitarian diet, and getting enough calories is incredibly difficult. You have to spend all day eating (like apes, who only eat about 75% fruit in any case!)
