Yesterday I received my pastured eggs, but after I picked them up I couldn't go back home-I had to take the kids to a special outing at the zoo.
Anyway the eggs sat in my car for at least 7 hours (it was a really nice day mid 70's). If I had done this before TF I think I would have been worried sick about the eggs not being refrigerated.Then I thought "hey chicken lay eggs all the time during the summer, and the laid eggs may be outside for a while." Who knew that TF could also help with OCD tendencies

. In general I think I'm becoming less worried about such things, thank goodness.

Although I was never over-the-top and sterilizing everyhting before anyway.

I am careful to grow the right kinds of bacteria
