With my last two pregnancies, I was GBS+, though I tried to clear it the second time around with probiotics and vitamin c. I know GBS isn't the major concern it is made out to be, but I'd like to avoid the fight if possible. I've read about taking echinacea to clear GBS, so I'd like to get a jump start on hopefully clearing it this time around; I'm only 9 weeks along, so I've got plenty of time. When should I start? What is the recommended protocol for dosage? thank you!
