DS's skin has gotten much better, but he has hot spots behind his knees and in the crease of his elbows. The knees are especially bad and feel sticky to the touch, almost like they are weepy. I'm keeping him moisturized and I've been putting aquaphor on the hot spots. Is there something different/better that I can do for him?

Try Vitamin E oil. We are using this on DS2s bad spots and it is helping a lot. It is a very thick oil and soaks in nicely. Otherwise we use Cetaphil cream which comes in a big tub (not a pump bottle). It's the best for all coverage that we've found.
