So my luteal phase last month was only 12 days, which has me thinking it might be an issue. I'm very new at all this and that was only my first cycle charting (amazing what you can learn about your body that way), but of course I want to maximize my chances at getting pregnant.
So what can you tell me about healthy luteal phases and the use of progesterone cream?
Do you need a prescription for it? What are the dangers and potential side effects?
I'm heading off to do some internet research right now, but I wanted to get some feedback from all you wise women first.

Yeah, it's interesting, I seem to be finding conflicting information on this. Some say over 10 is fine, some say over 12 is fine. I figured since I'm borderline by one standard it can't hurt to at least look into it.

The program tells me 12...maybe because I started spotting on day 11 and it averaged it out? I don't know...
edit: Thanks Lauren, I think I might look into upping my B6 intake. My prenatals only have 2.5 mg and I have been reading that 50-200 is recommended to help balance hormones.
