Does anyone have an egg free waffle recipe? DD is allergic to egg whites and using egg replacer seems to result in very dry waffles that fall apart when you try to take them out of the waffle iron. So I am hoping someone here may have a good recipe that works.

I've used applesauce as a gelling agent in cakes & waffles when I'm cooking for vegans (or out of eggs) just try to put in as much as you are substituting for eggs.
