Does anyone know of a simple egg substitute for baking a cake? (a box cake, chocolate pb) Thanks in advance!

<b>A can of pumpkin.</b> :<br><br>
My sister is on Weight Watchers and they told her to skip the eggs/oil etc. on a box mix and to substitue a can of pumpkin. It makes it a wee bit healthier (but not much!)<br><br>
She said it is delicious!! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/yummy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="yummy">

We use the Ener-G for our baked goods. Worked great so far!

Depending on what it is cake-wise, we use banana, mango, Tbsp oil + tsp cornflour, pureed prune or apricot, um...<br><br>
