i started the elimination diet a couple of days ago - and we're seeing results already! i am also very very bored with it already, and tired of turkey and rice...<br><br>
is anyone else doing this? i need a support group! and maybe some recipes? although right now i'm only eating turkey, lamb, rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, and pears... not sure if there are any "recipes" possible...

I only had to eliminate the gassy veggies and dairy, so I'm not much help. I would suggest maybe getting muscle tested, though, to see what the culprits are for your baby. Like maybe wheat is okay, but dairy is not, or soy is okay, but brocolli is not. Either that, or try adding things back in slowly and watch for reactions.
