I'm sure this comes up, though I wasn't successful pulling anything up while searching.

I have begun an elimination diet to try to get to the root of my son's eczema (and colic, retrospectively). As I am a vegetarian my ND recommended sunflower seeds as a protein source. I will also be eating squash (all colors), potatoes (sweet and white), pears, rice, avocados, and olive/coconut/sunflower/conola oils. This is what she recommended...does it sound about right? I am very hungry right now, though am worried about the avocados.

My main question regards vitamins. I am to take a multivitamin plus a DHA supplement, however most multivitamins I have looked at have trace amounts of citrus. Is this ok?
