Anyone have any comments on this sling? I have an Over the Shoulder Baby Holder that kills my back and allows my baby to lean. I thought this one might be better because you can put it over both shoulders.

Ooo, girl! There's no comparison! The Ellaroo (or any wrap carrier) can be tied into dozens of positions so you can easily find your favorite - all with a simple rectangle of cloth. IMO anything is better than an OTSBH for leaning. Even in the smallest size (which according to their sizing shouldn't fit me) my son can lean back all over the place. It just doesn't work at all for me, and I think because of the heavy padding it doesn't fit some body types right. I think you would have better luck with almost anything else. I have been trying to talk myself into an Ellaroo wrap too, it's just coming up with the $$$...
