Miss Elliot Bell was born at home at 8:33pm on 9/15/2010 at exactly 42 weeks. She weighs 7lb 5oz and is 20.5 inches long. We're totally in love and completely surprised that she is a she!
Early labor lasted a lot longer than I thought it would, but once things got active it was only a bit over 2 hours before she arrived. I almost delivered her in my pants because I had no idea I was as close to pushing as I was. It only took two pushes...it kind of felt like someone (Ellie herself maybe

My Ellie had a "ejection" like that too! Water broke in push one, baby flew out in push two, after putzing around with labor for hours. Wild ride!
