Ok, so what causes empty feeling breasts? Mine have been rather on the empty side past few days. DD seems to have enough diapers so I'm not worried but she fusses at the breast and I end up switching sides and she calms down. They really feel... deflated!

Here's what's occurred to me as the possible causes:
* dehydration
I've not been feeling well and it's been warm and this is quite likely the cause
* hormone shifts due to menstrual cycles
When would my supply drop like that?
* pregnancy
Ok, this I hadn't considered.. but it's a possibility. I havne't been feeling well and.. I can't remember last time I got my period..

Any other reasons?

I noticed that mine are more on the deflated side when I don't drink enough water...

Mine have been pretty deflated since the last half of my daughter's first year. She still got enough milk and is still nursing at 20 months. I wouldn't worry much if I were you. Might be AF too.

My boobs shrink and my supply drops drastically like 2 days before my period starts each month. That would be my guess in your case. I'm thinking of starting up on Fenugreek about a week pre menstruation.

POAS = Pee On A Stick, aka take a home PG test

If you've been under the weather and possibly dehydrated, I'd bet that's all it is. When your feeling better, you'll probably go back to normal. Try drinking more water.

Hormones, ovulating, AF or PG could all cause a slight dip in your supply.

As long as DD is OK and wetting enough dipes, try not to worry about it.
