Do you ever use it for cookies? I make cookies for the student's birthdays (I'm a resident director at a college). Usually I just buy eggs for the cookies. However, DH always ends up eating them (and I rather no have them in the air so to speak). I was thinking of using enger-g for them, but I'm afraid it won't work, since I can't immediately bake them (oven isn't big enough). On the box it says to cook immediately. Thoughts?
