Hi All! I started taking liquid chlorophyll at my midwifes sugggestion to help with constipation. I take 2 tbsp/day. I have since read about all the benefits of liquid chlorophyll including increased iron absorbtion and more energy.

I have been taking it regularly for a little over a week, and I feel so good! Granted, the constipation isn't much better (a little, though) but I have more energy and suddenly feel like doing things around the house.

I know part of this could just be nesting, or 2nd trimester, but I'm at 20 weeks right now, so I started feeling better (than I did in the 1st trimester) several weeks ago. The only things I have changed are taking liquid Chlorophyll, and starting Omega 3.

Anyhow, just thought I'd see if anyone else was taking it, and see what your experiences have been!

I've been taking capsule-form cholorophyll daily since about 12 weeks, on the advice of my sister who is a midwife...I haven't noticed any energy surge (if the cholorophyll is giving me extra energy, then I think I'd be comatose if I stopped taking it! :LOL ). But it is supposed to be good for helping keep your iron up as well.
