H sent me a link to this article. I knew things in England were getting pretty scary w/regard to the lack of privacy, but this is over the top.

Since April 1, hundreds of thousands of State employees, from police to teachers, youth and nursery workers, social workers and sports coaches, have been entitled to interrogate children aged up to 19, using the 'Common Assessment Framework' (CAF), a creepy, eight-page, 60-section questionnaire.

CAF includes eyewateringly intimate questions about children's sexual behaviour, their family's structure, culture and religion, their views on 'discrimination', their friends, secret fears, feelings and family income, plus 'any serious difficulties in their parents' relationship'.

Is there a less hysterical link? I don't trust the Daily Mail!
Maybe saying England is more correct, the Welsh teens I know would tell anyone asking such questions to go to hell.
I really don't how it's that different to peds in the US who are supposed to ask all kids about whether the parents "hurt" them.
A bit invasive, but I doubt it will get very far.

Yep, that pretty much sums it up. I don't believe a word I read in it. It's almost as bad as the National Enquirer, IMO.

Sometimes I read it for a laugh at my DP's parents house.
