ENT in Central Indiana?

This may be a long shot, but here goes...

Does anyone know of an ENT who will clip a lip tie without general anesthesia? I made an appointment with an ENT in Anderson who said he would clip it, but he wants to put DS (3 months) under general anesthesia, and I'm not really comfortable with that. I've heard that some people don't use general anesthesia, but I'm not finding anything.
