I get a ton of calcium, magnesium, vits that are needed for healing, especially grass fed ghee. But still I have several teeth that are not looking so great and are getting more sensitive and the one looks like it is developing a bigger spot. I tried all the stuff that I did to get dd's teeth to heal, but I guess for everyone it is a different puzzle for healing.

Now my need thing is to make sure I get enough vit C and am applying grass fed ghee to my teeth every night after I brush before bed.
I have been doing this for almost a week and the tooth that was so sensitive and make me cringe every time I brushed, is no longer sensitive. I am going to keep doing this especially to try to heal a cavity that is next to a merc filing

I will update as I see changes or not.

To update it has been over a week of applying ghee to my teeth. Still no sensitivity and the teeth don't look any worse. And my gums are fine too.

Something else I observed too it that I am not seeing any build up on teeth that I sometimes see which can be from too much of good nutrients like calcium, vit a and d, and not enough K2.

Some of my teeth always looked a little translucent and I will see if this ghee makes a difference too.

What an update to share. This experiment has been just what I needed, but in a way I did not expect. Every night when I was applying the ghee, my throat would burn terribly and one tooth was actually getting worse really fast. IT got more sensitive and the small discoloring was growing. I figured that I shouldn't continue and perhoas I should try cutting it out of my diet even for a while. This was the last bit of dairy in my diet and what do you know, 10 month ds's dry legs completely cleared up. We normally had to take loads of supplements to keep the skin most, but now we don't have to and his legs are smoother than ever. So ghee is an allergen for ds and perhaps me. I had potatoes the other day and they did not upset me for the first time, and the only difference is no ghee, just palm oil for a fat.

Conclusion...We are completely dairy free now.

My new experiment is... Nettles on the teeth!

(you many be wondering why I want to apply things to the teeth is I think that even if I get enough nutrients in my diet, I am breastfeeding an I feel I need that extra on my teeth for healing. If I had fine teeth I would just think that internal intake is fine.)
