Until recently I had used cpf's and bummi's covers on my kiddos. Then I bought 6 fb's on ebay for my toddler & they are great. DH loved them so much he went online & ordered 18 more new. I'm wondering if they really are that great or if any upgrade from my old system would seem this wonderful. They seem so trim but I'm skeptical that they're to good to be true. Would anyone or does anyone use only fb's? I'd love any fb advice you have!

I use only FB's and the occassional Wonderoo. I think they are great. They are soft to the touch and very flexible. I like snaps as opposed to APLIX or Velcro. They are super easy and cute to boot! We use MOE liners, Joeybunz Hemparoos or Wonder-all hemps as liners.

I have exclusively used fuzzi bunz since DS was about 6 months old. I use microfiber inserts during the day and add a joeybunz too at night. We have never had one leak, ever, and the diapers look practically new still!

I am in the process of switching diapers ONLY because of my desire to use all natural and organic diapering products, but not at all because of the function of these diapers - they are basically perfect for us. But until I have my organic stash together, we will continue using FB's.

I do know a couple people who exclusively use fb or exclusively use another type of diaper. I love variety too much, but always yearned for such a streamlined stash. go for it. if they work for you it should be ok.

You can't go wrong with the FBs! I use them at night for my DD. I use either two MF towels folded up in there or a MF towel folded around a CPF. THey work great. DD sleeps a good 12hrs at night and she NEVER wakes up with wet clothes! Good Choice!

I use Fuzzi Bunz exclusively for my 3-month-old and I love them! At night I put wool soaker pants over them so I don't wake up in pee, but other than that I've been totally happy with them.

I mainly use FBs or SBs and they work great for my older boy. I think they're pretty awesome and easy to use. And worth it since there's another on the way.

BlissP -- will you please read my thread on "fellow wool lovers" -- it sounds like we are coming at the same issue from different directions . . . thanks!

We do all FBs here as well. I love them and can't see any reason to use a different diaper. I find that it's really easy to maintain them when they're all you use - I have no pilling on my diapers at all because I only use microfiber liners. I love the fit, the colors, the "holding ability." We are very satisfied.

I love Fuzzi Bunz. Love, love, love them. Unfortunately I can't afford to have a stash full of them; we use mostly prefolds, homemade wool, and nylon pants here. If I had the money, though, I would probably just use Fuzzi Bunz. They are the most reliable and durable diaper I've ever tried. So yeah, I think a stash of just FBs would work just fine.

We started using all FBs when DS moved into size mediums, we love them. I also have a few applix pockets now that he is in size large (DH likes the applix) but I can't get as good a fit with those.

The snug fit and holding power of the FBs is wonderful. Right now we are going through the explosive diarrhea stage of a stomach virus and I made the mistake of putting DS in a sposie, my couch will never be the same. Back to my FBs.

I think our kids have the same thing. yoiks!

We don't exclusively use FB, but they are our workhorse dipes. We have approx 12 of the appropriate size, and they are very well used.

We never found that they did well for us at night, though, so we use something else (Kushies AIOs) at night.

I'm pretty new to CD'ing, but I've been using FB's exclusively on my 6 month old for 2 weeks now. I started out with a combo of CPFs/BSWW and FBs for naps and bedtime, but quickly found out that I **MUCH** prefer the FBs, so I ordered more. Right now I only have enough for diapering and washing every single day for exclusive FB use, but I love love love it. DH and I just did our taxes this weekend and are getting a nice return, so you bet your bottoms that I'm buying another sizeable bunch of FBs for my stash!!

My two inserts are MOE microterry inserts, which I love for the plushiness (if that's a word, lol), and a hemp/cotton combo from PunkinButt for extra wet periods like long naps and bedtime. No leaks yet!!! I'm so in love with my FBs.

Leiahs, when you get more FBs, find a place that includes inserts for no extra charge.

Last I know, cottonbabies includes their inserts. At first I only knew the MOE inserts, which were great. But they got thin and sad fairly quickly. Then I found cottonbabies.com, and all those inserts are still thick and plush and in much better condition than the MOE ones we still had in that size.

Just a thought.

I have been looking around quite a lot, and definitely free inserts always draws my eye! The inserts from cottonbabies.com are the same type of material as MOE, correct? I wonder why they would stay fluffier longer? Interesting. I haven't yet noticed any decline in any of my inserts, but as I said, I've only been doing this a few weeks

We used FBs exclusively with DD when she was a baby... until I got bit by the WAHM fitted diaper bug. And then after about 15+ months every single one of the elastic in our FBs died within about 3 weeks. BUt otherwise they were a great system especially when I "preloaded" them and DH just had to grab and go.

We have been using FB's from day one and I dont think they are too good to be true...they are all good! We just use and insert and doubler at night and have never had a problem. Of course, each baby is different.

Unfortunately, now that I have tried a fitted diaper with an adorable cover, I have caught the fitted bug.

I was surprised, too. And I only ever noticed the decline of the MOE inserts when I'd get new FB/inserts (when we needed to add or get a new size).

Oh, and I want to clarify that I've only used the cb inserts unsnapped, meaning, once DS was already wearing large FBs. I hadn't discovered them while he was in smalls and mediums, so I've never used the inserts snapped down to the smaller size.
