They are great and you can do alot with them. If you want to work out at home get some bands, a balance ball, and maybe somel light weights.<br><br>
I do these leg extensions with the bands while on all fours that totally kick my a$$
oh and Yoga you can use them with Yoga. I second the ball and weights. I also have jumpropes. Don't go trying to get away using your child's jumprope <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/nono.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="nono"> Get a good quality one and make sure you get the right length for your height.
