Off to another bad start this week, but I wanted to get the thread going.

Sunday: nada
Monday: ugh, slept in again!
Tuesday: 35 min walk with pup. I'm getting slower on my mapped-out route already!!
Wednesday: 2/3 yoga dvd
Thursday: 35 min walk with pup.
Friday: 35 min walk with pup.
Saturday: raked for 30 min

I'm off to a bad start also.

Sunday: walked, worked in the garden, and a tiny amount of yoga
(Does working in the garden count? Maybe not because it's working, but my walking was also working. I harvested seaweed on the beach. At least the yoga will count for sure.)
Monday: slept in and never got a chance to do yoga since I woke up with the children.
Tuesday: yoga
Wednesday: walked and yoga
Thursday: slept in again and only did a small amount of yoga
Friday: a bicycle ride that ended up being pretty short because of high winds
Saturday: hiked

Madrone, I say if it felt like exercise, then it was.
