i have a jar of raw kimchi from the hfs with an expiration date for today. it looks, smells, and tastes fine...would you keep it? how long?

I'd keep it/eat it. I had kimchi in my fridge that was like a year old and still fine.

It should be just fine. Mine always lasts me forever, way past any expiration dates.
