I've heard tons of times that breastmilk in the ear will help ear infections. I have yet to try it as my little one as a slight ear infection. I am curious [and my doctor friend is also] how it works. Does it just push the antibodies through the skin, ear drum, etc, etc, etc - I'm confused.

How much breastmilk do you use? Do you just squirt some in there and let it sit a while and then let it drain out like water.

Does anyone know or have references to the how to of this?

Thanks so much,

I've never tried bm in the ear. I would just squirt it in there a few drops. I used oregano oil and it worked great. You have to be careful it is very strong, and you must dilute it probably 1 drop oregano oil, 1 drop olive oil. Rub it on the outside only of the ear.

You don't put oregano oil in the ear.

Sorry I don't know more about the BM in the ear.!
